Terms of Service & SMS Terms

These Terms govern your use of bookedupgetpaid.com and BookedUp services. By using the site, joining BookedUp, or texting our numbers, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Operational terms for carrier registration and day-to-day use. Not a substitute for counsel review before high-volume messaging or paid unlocks.
Who we are
BookedUp helps contractors send overflow / booked-out jobs to available local pros and helps enrolled contractors receive referral opportunities. Display name: BookedUp. Contact: [email protected].
The service
- Send Referrals: You may text or email job details to BookedUp so we can try to place the work with an available contractor.
- Get Referrals / JOIN: Contractors may enroll to receive setup messages and referral opportunities.
- Referral fees, unlock fees, and payouts (when offered) are described at the time of the offer or checkout and may change.
BookedUp is not Angie’s List, Thumbtack, or a homeowner marketplace day one. We do not guarantee job volume, acceptance, or outcomes.
SMS Terms (messaging programs)
BookedUp sends text messages related to the programs below. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

STOP / HELP
- Reply STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to opt out of that BookedUp messaging program. You will receive a one-time confirmation and we will stop that program’s texts to that number.
- Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
- You can also request opt-out by emailing support. We honor reasonable opt-out requests.
Consent
Consent is not a condition of purchasing any good or service from BookedUp where applicable. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide, and that you are authorized to enroll it.
Example confirmation language for Contractor Signup (N1): “BookedUp — and still get paid. You're in for contractor network alerts. Msg frequency varies. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
Quiet hours & content
Marketing / recruit texts are intended for approximately 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. Eastern Time recipient local as a Kentucky-safe default. We do not use public URL shorteners (such as bit.ly) in SMS; links use branded HTTPS destinations we control.
Acceptable use
- Do not use BookedUp for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
- Do not scrape, buy, or cold-message contractor lists through BookedUp SMS.
- Customer details provided after unlock/assignment are for fulfilling that job only — no resale of leads.
Payments & refunds
If you pay for a referral unlock or similar digital access, terms shown at checkout apply (including any non-refundable language once contact details are delivered, and any documented bad-lead or already-taken refund policy we publish).
Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOOKEDUP DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE, OR ANY PARTICULAR NUMBER OF REFERRALS OR OUTCOMES.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOOKEDUP IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID BOOKEDUP FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material SMS program changes will be reflected on this page.
