BookedUp (“BookedUp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates bookedupgetpaid.com and related services that help home-services contractors refer overflow jobs and receive referral opportunities in the Lexington, Kentucky metro and nearby areas.

Information we collect

• Account and signup information you provide (name, company, trade, ZIP, email, mobile number) when you join BookedUp, text JOIN, or fill out a form.
• Referral and job information you send us (customer name, phone, job description, ZIP, and related notes) so we can match overflow work.
• Message and consent records related to SMS/email programs (opt-in method, timestamp, program, STOP/HELP requests).
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, and pages viewed (including analytics such as Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics when enabled).

How we use information

• Operate the BookedUp overflow / referral matching service.
• Send transactional and program messages you opted into (setup, referral alerts, payment links, operational customer updates).
• Respond to support requests (including HELP replies).
• Improve the site and service, prevent fraud/abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Mobile / SMS information (important for carriers)

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile information is used to deliver BookedUp messages under the programs described in our SMS Terms, to maintain consent/opt-out records, and to provide support. Service providers that help us send messages (for example, Twilio) process mobile numbers only to deliver those messages and related compliance features (such as STOP/HELP handling).

How we share information

• Service providers who process data for us (hosting, analytics, email/SMS delivery, payment processing) under instructions that limit their use of the data.
• Referral fulfillment: when a contractor unlocks or is assigned a job, we share the customer contact details needed to schedule and complete that job.
• Legal / safety: when required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the service.

We do not sell personal information as that term is commonly understood for advertising data brokers.

Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies or similar technologies and privacy-friendly analytics to understand site traffic and improve the experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Retention

We keep information as long as needed to operate the service, maintain consent and opt-out records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. Opt-out (STOP) records are retained so we do not message you again on that program/number after you unsubscribe.

Your choices

• SMS: Reply STOP to opt out of that BookedUp messaging program; reply HELP for help. You may also email [email protected].
• Email: Use unsubscribe links where provided, or email support.
• Access / correction / deletion: Email support with your request. We may need to verify the request relates to the correct account or phone number.

Children

BookedUp is a business service for contractors and related operational communications. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site or messaging programs after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
